PAYMENT PLANS

Fees for legal representation and services are set on a case by case basis, tailored to the specifics of the issue at hand. We do not have a set fee schedule that is wholly dependent on the charges. For a fee quote, contact us to talk about your case -- Initial phone consultations are free.

As with any legal fee and representation agreement, the Law Office of Robert Keates will not begin work on your case (appearances, research, pretrials, etc...) without both a signed Fee Agreement and the deposit fee.

*NOTE ON PAYMENT PLANS* Effective October 1st, 2011, if a scheduled payment is 15 days overdue, our Billing Department will send out an invoice advising of the due payment, and giving notice that the Attorney may withdraw from the case if the bill remains unpaid 30 days from the due date.

About Payment Plans.
We offer limited payment plans for some cases in situations of special need, however half of the fee must be paid upfront. On any case with fees larger than $1000 in payment plan status, a valid credit card number will be required to be kept on record, which will be charged on a specified date if the remaining balance is unpaid.

Discount Student Rates Or Reduced Legal Fees?
We do offer student discounts and accept and offer several affordable payment plans for students and young adults, including no interest monthly payments. For all cases, we require half the fee upfront. The other half can be broken down into affordable payment installments with no interest.
